There are no cancellations, returns, or refunds available. If your item was damaged in transportation, you are eligible for a refund (excluding the shipping cost)or exchange. To be eligible for a refund/ exchange, you must create an unboxing video from scratch that demonstrates the damage, and we will arrange the return pickup. We reserve the right to refuse any refund where the product may not be as described by the consumer.
